Community.  MACS is a community-based organization.  We develop our initiatives in collaboration with the communities we serve and represent.

Research & Evidence.  MACS is a research-based, evidence-based organization.  Our initiatives are grounded in research, proven methods, and accurate data.

Openness & Creativity.  MACS is a creative, entrepreneurial organization.  We are open to new opportunities, new partnerships, and new approaches to our work.

Democracy.  MACS views the Census/ACS as a fundamental part of democracy that ensures that everyone who lives in our country is represented. Census/ACS data are important tools for describing the diversity of the United States population, for measuring progress towards equity, and for ensuring political inclusion.
